Our Platform
A farm boundary is imported once and divided into a permanent grid of cells. Every cell carries a stable identifier it keeps for the life of the farm.
On top of the grid sit the real working areas: fields, paddocks, greenhouses. Every activity you record points at a place, so opening any cell returns its complete history as a timeline.

Capabilities
Crop and cover, tillage type and depth, fertiliser rate, irrigation volume, residue and harvest, captured per cell, per season.
Herd register by species and class, daily grazing by cell, rest days, forage type, feed reserves and water points.
Rainfall and temperature, machinery fuel, grid and solar energy, and labour hours by activity in one daily log.
Cropping budgets and input costs per field and season, harvest logging, yield per acre and gross-margin views.
Photos captured with location and timestamp automatically, compressed on device, stored against the record.
Land sitting idle past your threshold raises a flag to the farm and project team. Annotate or confirm to resolve it.
Link a carbon project and submitted records flow onward as monitoring data. Review outcomes come back onto the record.
Every operation on a cell in sequence. Planting, fertiliser, irrigation and harvest, each with its photo, note and status.
Seed rate 120 kg/ha. Drilled north–south to follow the contour.
40 kg/ha top dressing. Applied ahead of forecast rain.
Borehole source. Two passes, 9 mm each.
Moisture 13.1%. Residue retained on the surface.
Which cells were grazed, by which animals, for how long, and how many rest days the land had beforehand.
Hay 18.4 t · reorder at 6 t
Budget against actual by field and season, yield per acre, and the gross margin that follows from both.
Solutions
Laptop dashboard
Plan seasons, see the whole farm at a glance, track inputs, costs and yields, and oversee what the field team is logging.
New record
T-01-004 · Field 3
Queued records send when signal returns. Nothing is lost.
Mobile app
Log what you did, where you did it, with a photo. Under a minute, one-handed, on the Android phone you already carry.
Enterprise dashboard
Review submitted records and the evidence attached to them, approve or flag, and export what reporting requires.
Evidence
A photo taken in the field carries its own proof. Location and timestamp are written at capture, the image is compressed on the device before upload, and a content hash is stored alongside it.
GPS coordinates and the grid cell are attached the moment the shutter fires, not typed in later.
Device time and server receipt are both recorded, so the gap between them is visible.
Every image carries a hash, so a claim can be shown not to have changed since review.
Approved, flagged or rejected, with the reviewer’s comment attached to the record itself.
The field worker does nothing extra. They photograph the work in front of them; the record carries everything a reviewer needs to trust it, and everything an auditor needs to trace it back.
How it works
Farm
Boundary imported, grid generated, fields and paddocks defined.
Activities
Planting, tillage, grazing, irrigation and harvest, logged where they happened.
Records
Each activity becomes a structured record against a cell and a date.
Evidence
Geotagged photos, notes and documents attach to the record.
Review
Monitoring officers work a queue of submitted records.
Approval
Approved records become immutable and keep an edit log.
Reporting
Operational and monitoring exports, generated from the same source.
Carbon Platform
Records flow onward as monitoring data where a project is linked.
Where no carbon project is linked, the chain simply stops at reporting. The farm tool works on its own, and emits nothing.

One source of truth
Season plans built from what the farm actually did last year.
Cropping budgets per field, tracked against real input costs.
Labour, fuel, energy and inputs attributed to the place they were spent.
Harvest per acre by field and season, comparable year on year.
Any cell, any date. The complete record of what happened there.
Geotagged, timestamped photographs attached at the point of work.
Records enter the project review queue in the form verification expects.
Every change after submission is logged rather than silently applied.
Once approved, a record is fixed and carries a content hash.
Monitoring exports generated from the same records the farm runs on.
One trusted record powers both daily farm management and carbon monitoring.
